Who we work with

Who can benefit from our services?

Children and teens with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, motor or sensory challenges, and speech or language needs. Each plan is individualized.

What ages do we serve?

We support children through the teenage years, and some young adults on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your child age and goals.

Do families need a diagnosis to start?

Not in order to speak with us or complete an initial screening. Insurance may require a diagnosis for ABA coverage, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Our services

What therapies do we offer?

ABA, physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy. Services can be coordinated across disciplines.

What is your approach to ABA therapy?

Compassionate, evidence-based teaching with clear goals, data tracking and caregiver coaching, directed at real-life skills. More on how we practise ABA.

Do we support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)?

Yes. Our speech team evaluates, selects and implements AAC so your child has a reliable means of communicating.

Where do we provide services?

In our clinic, and where appropriate at home, at school, or by telehealth.

What languages do we offer?

Services are available in English and Spanish. Tell us your preference.

How long are sessions, and how often do they occur?

Session length typically ranges from 30 to 120 minutes depending on the therapy and the goals. Frequency is set after the evaluation, to match need and availability.

Insurance and payment

What insurances do we accept?

We are in network with several major plans, and private pay is available. Here are the plans we work with. Every plan covers therapy differently, so contact us and we will confirm what applies to your family.

Can you pay privately, without insurance?

Yes. Private pay is available for every therapy we offer, with a clear fee schedule and receipts for potential reimbursement. Costs and payment, explained plainly.

How many hours of therapy will my child receive?

Hours are based on a comprehensive evaluation and on your goals. We recommend a medically necessary range and explain the reasoning behind it.

Working together

How are parents involved?

You are an essential part of the team. We provide training, straightforward strategies for home, and transparent communication throughout.

How do we measure progress?

We define measurable goals, collect data at each session, share regular updates, and adjust the plan based on the results.

Do we collaborate with schools and physicians?

Yes. With your consent we coordinate goals and share recommendations, so that everyone working with your child stays aligned.

How soon can services begin after onboarding?

Start dates depend on scheduling and on insurance authorization. We keep you informed at every step.

Still have a question?

If it is not answered here, ask us directly. We would rather you knew than guessed.
